This <br /> facility is now required to conduct a source reduction and evaluation review, and prepare <br /> a waste minimization plan. Health and Safety Code section 25244.19. <br /> Start this procedure immediately. Correct and submit copies of these documents to <br /> this department no later than September 1 2003. <br /> 3) This facility has failed to retain (SB14) review and plan. HSC 25244.21 <br /> Correct and submit copies of these documents to this department no later than <br /> September 1, 2003. <br /> 15)Decontamination equipment not provided. A hazardous waste container was not <br /> available for the used absorbent at the time of inspection. Title 23 California Code of <br /> Regulations section 66265.32(c). Correct Immediately. <br /> 19) This facility has stored hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days in the large <br /> underground oil tank without a permit or authorization. HSC 25201(x). Stop this <br /> practice Immediately. <br /> 20) This facility failed to label containers of hazardous waste correctly. All containers of <br /> hazardous waste need to be labeled with the words Hazardous waste, the Name and <br /> address of the facility generating the waste, the Contents and composition of the waste, <br /> the Properties of the waste (i.e. flammable, reactive), the Physical state of the waste, and <br /> the Accumulation start date. Title 23 CCR 66262.34. Correct Immediately. <br /> 21) Failed to keep containers of hazardous waste closed except when adding or removing <br /> waste. Title 23 CCR section 66265.173(a).
