The investigation was limited to estimating the
extent of subsurface petroleum hydrocarbon contamination emanating f►om the area of the
gasoline tank excavation at 1235 Fast Alpine Avenue in Stockton, California and evaluating
its impact on the soil and groundwater quality (if any). Our interpretation and conclusions
ccnceming the3e data are limited by the degree to which the samples collected are i
representative of actor,,site conditions.
Soil conditions and the behavior of.contaminants in the subsurface are highly, variable in
nature. The results obtained in this investigation are based upon limited sampling and
analyses. The services we provided and the judgements we rendered on this project are
. presented within the limits prescribed by the client and meet current professional standards
at the time the investigation was performed.
