They are brand new totes with <br /> nothing in them. Currently the plant is out of production do to some electcrial problems. They <br /> have never had any thing in them. When we do use them they will be emptied and the vendor <br /> will take them back <br /> to there facility. <br /> In regards to the 55 gallon drum of antifreeze. report. It was moved to our Stockton facility and <br /> will be used untill it is <br /> emptied.
