We supply our <br /> employees bilingual assistance at all times and this is explained to them at the <br /> time of hire. <br /> #8 We submitted a corrected Argon inventory sheet via the Internet. <br /> #10 a. We tested our paint filters and the lab test showed them to be below the <br /> hazardous waste threshold concentrations. We are also changing our paint to <br /> another brand that allows us to use water base paint in an attempt to lower our <br /> VOC's and become more environmentally compliant. <br /> b. We have set up a staging area for all of our waste oil and spent absorbent.
