Lodi Ave. Lodi Ca. <br />(Knife River Plant) <br />Item 102: Per your conversation with Tom Babauta, the metal fines are now kept in a plastic covered 5 <br />gal. bucket with the proper labeling attached (See Photo). They are then transported to a household <br />hazardous waste facility and properly disposed of with proper documentation. <br />Item 103: Emergency coordinator form is now posted in the office next to the phone (Also included in <br />this package) <br />Item 117: Consolidated Emergency response / Contingency Plan uploaded to CERS Site on 4-6-15 <br />(Confirmation Included in the package) <br />Item 301: Absorbent Sweep and Pads located on site. Material will then be placed in a covered <br />container with proper labeling and disposed of according to regulations. <br />Item 403: This container was removed on the day of inspection and disposed of.
