DBA <br />iJL}' - <br />COATING FOR MANUFACCWR`'Ne' <br />May 241h 2011 <br />Dear Michelle Henry REHS, <br />RECEIVED <br />MAY 262011 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br />PERMITISERViCES <br />In reference to the inspection at Premier Finishing, 7910 S Longe St. Stockton, Ca 95205 <br />this is the record of the corrective action taken. <br /># 7: <br />(a)Metal Fines from two grinders, in the maintenance area will be disposed of as <br />Hazardous waste, as we have not yet made a determination of the particle size. <br />The total volume of waste generated is not expected to be more than 1 pound per 180 <br />days. <br />(b): The sand blast room door is now permanently sealed with foam. I have attached <br />photographic evidence. The sand blast media has been tested to show it is non toxic <br />and non hazardous to the environment. <br />The test results showing Hazardous Waste determination and MSDS are attached in <br />this report. Also included in this report is the Hazardous waste determination for the <br />Hexavalent Chromium rinse water. <br />(c, d & e) All waste paint was disposed of into the on-going 55 gallon Hazardous waste <br />"paint solids" drum to be hauled away with our next shipment. <br />(f)The ballasts were taken to be recycled and all labels certified "No PCB's. The receipt <br />is attached. <br />20&50 <br />The waste paint, hardener and epoxies were returned to the manufacturer to get <br />recertified so they can be used. They were no longer determined to be a Hazardous waste. <br />60,61&fit <br />The signed off manifests for 001154553 GBF and 001154714GBF have been attached. <br />85. <br />Recycle log and Universal waste log copy is attached. <br />
