Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Re: Monitor Well Permit Application for the Kearney-KPF Facility, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr. Knoll: <br /> As per my telephone conversation with Mr. Carl Borgman on February 10, 1994, enclosed is a <br /> completed application for a permit to drill and construct two extraction wells and three <br /> piezometers at the Kearney-KPF facility, located at 1624 East Alpine Avenue in Stockton, <br /> California (Figure 1). Figures 2 and 3 are extraction well and piezometer construction diagrams. <br /> A check for $535.00 payable to San Joaquin County has been attached. <br /> Also enclosed is a copy of the letter sent to Mr. Doug O'Neal and Ms. Polly Lowry regarding <br /> the well installations. Verbal approval has been received by both addresses.
