This permit was accepted by you <br /> on March 10, 1994 at the Kearney-KPF site located at 1624 East Alpine Avenue, in Stockton, <br /> California. <br /> Enclosed, please find a copy of the permit and monitor well construction diagrams for four <br /> extraction wells and three piezometers. Please note that the permit mentions only two extraction <br /> wells.
