A letter to Mr. Doug <br /> O'Neal of the California Environmental Protection Agency proposing the method of destruction <br /> of well KS-15 is also attached. We have obtained verbal approval from Mr. O'Neal for the <br /> destruction of well KS-15 and should be receiving written approval in the next few days.
