(Dudek) has prepared this work plan to destroy groundwater <br /> wells KS-7 and KI-7 located on San Rafael Avenue, Stockton, CA(the Site) (Figure 1). <br /> The proposed work plan is described below. <br /> Water Development Corporation(WDC) will destroy wells ICS-7 and KI-7. The wells <br /> —_ - <br /> --will-he destroyed accorclug to than Joaquin oun =Envaro#mental Health <br /> Department Well Standards, San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 9-11.15.6 <br /> (Appendix A). Well destruction permits will be filed with San.Joaquin County— <br /> Environmental Health Department. A Health and Safety Plan was developed and will be <br /> followed by all personnel conducting field activities at the site(Appendix B). <br /> KS-7 Well Construction <br /> The total well depth of well KS-7 is 87.5-feet below land surface (bls) (Figure 2). A 4- <br /> inch Schedule 40 PVC 0.02-inch screen extends from 60 to 85-feet b1s. The 4-inch <br /> Schedule 40 PVC well casing extends from 0 to 60-feet bls. The annular seal extends <br /> from 0 to 47-feet bls. No. 60 foundry sand extends from 47 to 49-feet. Bentonite chips <br /> extend from 49 to 53-feetb1s. The filter pack extends from 53 to 87.5-feet bis. <br /> KI-7 Well Construction <br /> The total well depth of well KI-7is. 2.5-fe tbls (Figure 3). A 4-inch Schedule 40 PVC <br /> 0.02-inch screen extends from 110 tol22.5= eet bls. The 4-inch Schedule 40 PVC well <br /> I asing extends from 0 to 110-feet bls. The 16-inch diameter annular seal extends from 0 <br /> to 102-feet bls. A 10-inch mild steel conductor casing extends from 0 to 102-feet bls. <br /> The annular seal within the 10-inch diameter mild steel conductor casing extends from <br /> approximately from 0.5 to 90-feet bls. No. 60 foundry sand extends from 90 to 95.8-feet. <br /> Bentonite chips extend from 95.8 to 100-feet bls. The filter pack extends from 100 to <br /> 1254eet bls. <br />
