(Kearney) for the Kearney-KPF facility at 1624 East Alpine
Avenue in Stockton. Patterson Planning and Services, Inc. is affiliated with Kearney and has
responsibility for managing this site. The Letter includes nine comments with requests for
revisions of the draft revised monitoring and reporting program(MRP),which we sent to you on
2 August 2002. Board staff concurs with seven of the requests.
We have the following comments on the other two requested revisions:
1. The Letter requested the removal of the requirement to provide injection rates into wells.
To satisfy this requirement, Kearney must provide an estimate of the average injection
rates.
2. The Letter requested a change to wording for the results of influent, effluent and
observation well monitoring. The wording has been corrected but still includes the
requirement to provide influent data.
Enclosed is the final MRP No. 5-01-269,Revision 1,which should be implemented at the site
beginning October 2002.
