Patterson Planning and Services, Inc. is affiliated with Kearney <br /> and has responsibility for managing this site. The groundwater monitoring requirements are listed <br /> in Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP)No. 5-01-269, which includes monitoring <br /> requirements for the groundwater treatment and disposal system. During the conference call, we <br /> all agreed that the groundwater monitoring requirements should be listed in a separate MRP from <br /> the groundwater treatment and disposal system monitoring. <br /> Enclosed for your review and comment is the draft MRP for groundwater monitoring.
