The maximum detection limits must <br /> meet the lowest reporting limit in the State Water Resources Control Board Policy for Implementation of Toxics <br /> Standard for Inland Surface Waters,Enclosed Bays and Estuaries of California(Appendix 4,minimum levels)or <br /> Department of Health Services detection limits for purposes of reporting(DLRs). <br /> 2 All extraction wells,piezometer B4,monitoring wells KD-5,KI4,KI-8,and PX-1,and any wells installed <br /> subsequent to the issuance of this MRP shall be monitored and reported on a quarterly basis. <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular form so that the <br /> date, sample type (e.g., influent, effluent, groundwater, etc.), and reported analytical result for <br /> each sample are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner to clearly <br /> illustrate compliance with waste discharge requirements and spatial or temporal trends, as <br /> applicable. The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations <br /> specified in the Monitoring and Reporting Program shall also be reported to the Regional Board. <br /> --Aarequire .the California Business and Professions Code Sections 6735, 7835, and 7835.1, <br /> all Groundwater Monitoring Reports shall be prepared by or under the direct supervision of a <br /> Registered Engineer or Geologist and signed by the registered professional. <br /> A. Monthly Monitoring Reports <br /> The Discharger shall submit to the Regional Board and DTSC monthly operation reports by the <br /> 15th day of the following month. These operational reports shall contain a summary of the results <br /> of monitoring, including effluent and injection well flow rates, volume of treated water,pressure <br /> readings, and water levels, operation and maintenance activities for that month, and a summary of <br /> any shutdown and/or spill events that occur that month. <br />
