Failure to correct the identified violation within the <br /> schedule provided will result in the Department citing you for <br /> continuing/additional violations. <br /> I . Schedule of Violations <br /> 1. Title 22, California Code of Regulations (Cal . Code <br /> Regs. ) , section 67141(e) . <br /> Kearney violated Title 22 , Cal. Code Regs, section <br /> 67141(e) , in that on or about February 26, 1990, Kearney <br /> failed to include a brief outline of the capabilities of <br /> the emergency equipment listed in the contingency plan. <br /> During the Department' s inspection on February 26, 1990, <br /> the inspector reviewed the contingency plan and observed <br /> that the list of emergency equipment in the contingency <br /> plan lacked any accompanying outline of the equipment' s <br /> capabilities. <br /> II . Schedule for Correction <br /> Violation #1 shall be corrected within 15 days by including <br /> a brief outline of the capabilities of the emergency <br /> equipment listed in the contingency plan. <br />
