The disposal area should be observed during and after rain events to <br /> determine whether this area drains differently than the surrounding area. The facility <br /> should move the drilling mud disposal area for Phase II and must provide estimates of <br /> mud volumes to be disposed of from Phase II. The facility should consider using larger <br /> discs for deeper blending with the native soils if these mud volumes are similar to <br /> those from Phase I and should also consider leveling the berms from the depression area <br /> and disc these soils in the Phase I drilling mud area. In addition, the facility will <br /> .be required to submit a final report to the Board which summarizes the volumes and <br /> analytical results of all wastes (cuttings, drilling mud and development and aquifer <br /> test waters) from Phase I and II of the remedial investigation which were placed in <br /> the three disposal areas in the western field. <br /> CAMILLA K.
