I spoke with DTSC a couple days
ago and they said they could have a response to us in a week. Assuming we'll get the go-ahead (and not more
comments), I've asked the subs to reserve the week of September 23. 1 will let you know as soon as we get the OK from
DTSC.
Thanks,
Glenna
From: John Yoakum [EH] [mailto:JYoakum(alsjcehd.com]
Sent: Thursday, August 22, 2013 8:36 AM
To: Glenna McMahon
Subject: RE: Master File form for boring permit
Glenna,
Thank you for the update,
Johnny Yoakum
Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
From: Glenna McMahon [mailto:gmcmahon(uldudek.com]
Sent: Wednesday, August 21, 2013 5:27 PM
To: John Yoakum [EH]
Subject: RE: Master File form for boring permit
Hi Johnny,
We finally heard back from the DTSC late last week. The human eco risk office put together 6 pages of
comments. We're preparing responses now,and maybe there's a slight chance we can get out there by the end of Sept.
before we have to worry about the rain, but that remains to be seen. We have to send in these responses and another
revised work plan and then again, wait for a reply. Will keep you updated.
Glenna
t
