(Dudek) on <br /> behalf of Kearney National, Inc. (Kearney) for the former Kearney-KPF facility at 1624 East <br /> Alpine Avenue in Stockton: <br /> 31 January 2006 2005 Annual Groundwater Monitoring Report (Annual Report) <br /> 25 April 2006 Review of First Quarter 2006 Groundwater Monitoring Activities(First <br /> QMR) <br /> 31 July 2006 Review of Second Quarter 2006 Groundwater Monitoring Activities <br /> (Second QMR) <br /> The Annual Report describes groundwater monitoring and treatment system operation <br /> activities for the fourth quarter 2005 and summarizes data from the first through third quarter <br /> 2005. The First and Second QMRs discuss groundwater monitoring and treatment system <br /> operation during the first quarter 2006 and second quarter 2006, respectively. In addition, <br /> Regional Water Board staff reviewed the monthly operations reports for October 2005 through <br /> June 2006. Please be advised that the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) may <br /> provide comments on these reports separately. <br /> According to the data provided in the reports, there have been no exceedances of treatment <br /> system effluent volatile organic compound (VOC) and 1,4-dioxane criteria established in <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) Order No. 5-01-269. The effluent typically exceeds <br /> the Water Quality Objective (WQO) of 450 milligrams per liter (mg/L) total dissolved solids <br /> (TDS). though is within the range of groundwater sample TDS concentrations.
