(Kearney) for the former Kearney-KPF facility at 1624 East <br /> Alpine Avenue in Stockton. Patterson Planning and Services, Inc. is affiliated with Kearney and <br /> has responsibility for managing this site. On 25 September 2003, Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (Regional Board) staff sent a letter requesting comments on both <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) No. 5-01-269, Revision 1 and MRP No. R5-2002-0829, <br /> which were being modified to allow 1,4-dioxane analysis by USEPA Method 8270C. The Letter <br /> requests two revisions to MRP No. 5-01-269,Revision 1 to reflect the removal of the carbon <br /> vessels from the end of the groundwater extraction treatment train. Regional Board staff concurs <br /> with these revisions. <br /> Enclosed are MRP No. 5-01-269, Revision 2 and MRP No.'R5-2003-0838, which should be <br /> implemented at the site beginning in October 2003.
