The facility may opt to manage the <br /> release of a small quantity of a hazardous chemical or waste. The EHS/BATCH/ <br /> Emergency Equipment for Chemical Releases FURNACE AND TECHNICAL Manager are responsible for responding to such <br /> For Petroleum product release kits areas,please refer to figure 2 in the SPCC plan incidents and/or directing a response. <br /> In the case of the release of an acutely hazardous material,welding gases,or other <br /> material deemed too large or dangerous for facility personnel to handle,the incident <br /> commander will instruct security to call the Lathrop-Manteca Fire District.
