Two Sylvania halogen bulbs were found in Trash <br /> bin #8 located in Small Batch Building. It is unclear when the bulbs were changed and placed into the <br /> trash bin. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> Immediately remove the halogen bulbs from trash bin, make a hazardous waste determination for how it <br /> should be properly stored prior to disposal, and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste <br /> regulations.
