According to Cyndi Ward,the <br /> crane and forklift maintenance is conducted by outside companies who come to the facility and remove the used oil. <br /> No bills of lading or other disposal receipts were available on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies <br /> of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on <br /> site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and <br /> receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 206 HSC 25160.2(c)(2)Waste stream or generator not eligible to use consolidated manifesting procedure. <br /> Diesel contaminated water from triple rinsing of diesel tanks during tank removals was disposed of using the <br /> consolidated manifesting procedure on the following dates: <br /> 2/24/15-180 gallons-disposed of as oily water by American Valley Waste Oil <br /> 1/20/15-30 gallons-disposed of as oily water by American Valley Waste Oil <br /> Disposal using a consolidated manifesting procedure is not eligible for this waste. The consolidated manifesting <br /> procedure may be used if the generator does not generate more than 1000 kilograms per month of hazardous <br /> waste(excluding used oil and oil/water separator waste)and only for the following waste streams: <br /> -used oil <br /> -contents of an oil/water separator <br /> -solids contaminated with used oil <br /> -brake fluid <br /> -antifreeze <br /> -antifreeze sludge <br /> -parts cleaning solvents, including aqueous cleaning solvents <br /> -hydroxide sludge contaminated solely with metals from a wastewater treatment process <br /> -"paint-related"wastes, including paints,thinners, filters, and sludges <br /> -spent photographic solutions <br /> -dry cleaning solvents(including percholoroethylene, naphtha, and silicone based solvents) <br /> -filters, lint, and sludges contaminated with dry cleaning solvent <br /> -asbestos and asbestos-containing materials <br /> -inks from the printing industry <br /> -chemicals and laboratory packs collected from K-12 schools <br /> -absorbents contaminated with other wastes listed in this section <br /> -filters from dispensing pumps for diesel and gasoline fuels <br /> -any other waste,as specified in regulations adopted by DTSC <br /> Immediately cease disposal of this waste using a consolidated manifesting procedure and begin disposal under a <br /> uniform manifest. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> FA0000214 PR0220082 Scoot 11MI2017 <br /> EHD 22-01 Rev.101311201 7 Page 5 of 6 Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator OIR <br /> 1868 E.
