(PNA) has not been able to find the documentation <br /> showing the date that the secondary containment was fust provided for the oil-water <br /> separator tank system. PNA is also unable to find the documentation showing that the <br /> secondary containment met the requirements listed in your letter. <br /> The 11/20/03 Summary of Violations for the secondary containment indicates that PNA <br /> needs to correct the problem described in the summary within 30 days. In the phone <br /> conversation on November 21, 2003, however, you instructed me to hold off any actions <br /> while you were discussing the case with other people in your department. In the later <br /> phone conversations, you indicated that PNA should wait for your instruction for future <br /> actions. PNA has been following your instructions on that issue since then.
