(LOF) facility was <br /> conducted by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services. The inspection discovered <br /> three violations: 1) storage of hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days without a permit <br /> or authorization; 2) failure to properly label containers of hazardous waste; and 3) personnel <br /> training records were incomplete. <br /> By this letter, LOF is notifying San Joaquin County that the issues cited in the inspection <br /> report have been corrected. As required, below is LOF's Certification of Return to <br /> Compliance. <br /> I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under <br /> my direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified <br /> personnel properly gathered and evaluated the information submitted. Based on my inquiry <br /> of the person or persons directly responsible for gathering the information, the information <br /> submitted is, to the best of my knowledge and beliet, true, accurate and complete.
