The specific violation and required corrective action is listed <br /> below. Failure to correct this violation within the scheduled period provided will result <br /> in San Joaquin County Public Health Services citing you for continuing/additional <br /> violations. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATION: <br /> 1. Section 66262.34(f), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: The <br /> initial date of hazardous waste accumulation, the composition and physical state <br /> of the waste, and the identity of the generator were not clearly marked on <br /> hazardous waste labels on three full containers of waste oil stored in LOF's <br /> hazardous waste storage area. <br /> II. SCHEDULE OF CORRECTION: <br /> Violation #1: <br /> Effective immediately, all hazardous waste containers shall be labeled with the <br /> following information: <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
