The certificate is contingent on <br /> the following conditions having been met. <br /> 1. Erickson Inc. will not operate more than two TTUs at one <br /> time based on the required current financial assurance <br /> coverage, as required by Title 22, California Code of n <br /> Regulations (Cal.
