This permit allows Erickson to <br /> treat hazardous waste in Transportable Treatment Units, at <br /> industrial site in California. In accordance with the conditions <br /> of our permit, we are required to notify local agencies of <br /> scheduled treatment projects in their area. <br /> Erickson will be conducting treatment operations, beginning on or <br /> around November 12 , 1993 at the following location: <br /> Libbey-Owens-Ford Co. <br /> 500 East Louise Ave. <br /> Lathrop, CA 95330 <br /> Our permit requires that we notify local agencies that may be <br /> called upon to provide emergency services.
