Process description — continued <br /> Dewatered sludge from the treatment process shall be placed in a <br /> lined, 20 cubic yard roll off box and tested for free liquids , <br /> TCLP metals and other parameters as required for acceptance at a <br /> qualified disposal facility. LOF engineering will investigate <br /> sending the material to a metal reclaimer . This would eliminate <br /> any future liabilities associated with landfilling. Should <br /> landfilling be the only available option, the primary choice for <br /> disposal is the Chemical Waste Management Kettleman Hills, <br /> California facility. Stabilization, if required, can be done at <br /> Kettleman . <br /> Sampling of the treated effluent will be conducted on a daily <br /> basis . Samples will be analyzed on—site for pH, total chromium <br /> and total dissolved solids . A split sample will also be analyzed <br /> by a laboratory approved by the California Department of Health <br /> Services . <br />
