San Joaquin Street, Stockton, CA 95201 <br />Referenced Premise: 500 E. Louise Ave., Lathrop, CA (Libbey Owens Ford) <br />Complaint: On May 4, 1992, a Bulk oil spill of 9,500 gallons over approximately 5,000 <br />square feet occurred at this site. <br />Remarks: Clean up was initiated on the same date. Standing oil was pumped into a <br />truck and hauled as hazardous waste. Approximately 2 inches of affected surface soil <br />was excavated and stored on site in visquene wrap.
