Louise Avenue <br />Lathrop, CA <br />(F�: <br />< <br />0 <br />On 11/20/89, a sample was obtained of the white material located <br />behind the Co -Generation Plant, which was south of the Libby Owens <br />Ford Glass Company. <br />Mr. Ronald Quick, Technical Services Coordinator of Libby Owens <br />Ford, confirmed that the material was soda ash, used for the <br />production of glass. Mr. Quick indicated that the material had <br />been tested by a consulting firm and was being removed to a local <br />landfill. Documentation from Mr. Quick indicated a pH of 11 for <br />the material. <br />Sample results from our 11/20/89 sample confirmed a pH of 11 for <br />the material sampled.
