SAN.JUAQUIN <br />,—COUNTY— <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br />Facility Name, <br />Facility Address: <br />1 <br />Date: <br />PREMIER HYUNDAI OF TRACY <br />3480 NAGLEE RD, TRACY <br />August 15, 2018 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS 11, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # <br />Remarks <br />605 <br />CCR 66262.34(/) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br />-One black metal 55 gallon drum of used absorbent was labeled as drained used oil filters. <br />-One blue metal 55 gallon drum of paper filters was labeled as drained used oil filters. <br />-One black metal 55 gallon drum of paper filters was missing an accumulation start date on the label. <br />-One black metal 55 gallon drum of used absorbent was observed without an accumulation state date on the label. <br />-One black metal 55 gallon drum of used absorbent was observed with a label that was covered with oil and <br />unreadable. <br />All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />- the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />- name and address of generator <br />- hazardous properties <br />- physical state <br />- composition (contents) <br />- accumulation start date <br />Immediately fabel these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with ali the required <br />information. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br />608 <br />CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br />One black metal 55 gallon drum of drained used oil filters was missing an accumulation start date on the label and <br />was open without a lid. Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, <br />labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately close the container <br />and mark the accumulation start date and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />708 <br />CCR 66273.35 Stored UW onsite greater than one year or was unable to demonstrate the time UW has been <br />stored. <br />One 5 gallon bucket of batteries was observed in the parts storage with an accumulation start date of 04120/2017. <br />Universal waste may be accumulated for no longer than one year from the date the universal waste was generated. <br />The universal waste handler shall be able to demonstrate the length of time that the universal waste has been <br />accumulated.
