Beckham <br /> Hazardous Waste Coordinator <br /> Interstate Truck Center <br /> Re: Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Inspection Performed on June 26, 2015 <br /> Return to Compliance Certification <br /> Dear Ms. Rivera, <br /> Please see the following response to the "Large Quantity Waste Generator <br /> Inspection Report conducted at out facility located at 825 Navy Drive, Stockton, <br /> Ca. 95206. <br /> Item# <br /> 105- "Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste or retain waste <br /> analysis on site for 3 years." We have sent a sample of the DPF ash to the lab for <br /> analysis. See the included report. They have determined the sample to be non- <br /> RCRA according to all the tests except for the pending the fish bioassay test. The <br /> lab states the fish bioassay test results will be available on Monday July 27, 2015. <br /> Therefore we will handle, label, and have the waste picked up according to the <br /> current regulations. <br /> 501 - "Failed to comply with new hazardous waste tank system assessment <br /> requirements". We have decided to place the "used oil tank" "out of service" by <br /> July 24, 2015. This will be done by a "certified company" and they will provide us <br /> with the required documentation. I have included copies for you. Moving <br /> forward, we will be using portable containers, since this will be short term until <br /> we move into our new facility. <br /> 502- "Hazardous waste tank system assessment incomplete". We have decided <br /> to place the "used coolant tank' "out of service" by July 24, 2015. This will be <br />
