The material is intended for <br /> wastewater treatment and is ultimately disposed of as part of that waste stream. <br /> Item#122& 705: Three manifest were found without signatures from the destination <br /> facility <br /> Response: I have attached copies of the three manifests in question(#002570783 SKS, <br /> #005745780 JJK, and#002830449 SKS). Copies will be retained on site. <br /> Item#407: Two 55 gallon blue plastic drums were outside not marked empty. <br /> Response: These barrels were moved outside one or two days before the inspection. They <br /> have been properly marked with the dates emptied. <br /> Item# 605& 701:55 gallon barrels of spent absorbent and paint related materials <br /> without hazardous property or accumulation start date information. <br /> Response: Scott Holt indicated that these barrels were not opened during the inspection. <br /> After the inspection both barrels were opened and found to be empty.
