SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS <br />The results of this toxicity test indicate that the waste sample "V I" was not acutely toxic to <br />fathead minnows at the test treatment levels. The LC50 of this sample was >750 mg/L, and <br />therefore, the sample should tt91 be considered a hazardous waste with respect to fish toxicity. <br />4.1 QA/QC Summary <br />Test Conditions - Test conditions (pH, D.O., temperature, etc.) were all within acceptable limits <br />for this test. All analyses were performed according to laboratory Standard Operating <br />Procedures. <br />Negative Control - The biological responses for the test organisms at the Lab Control treatment <br />were within acceptable limits. <br />Concentration Response Relationships - There was a valid concentration -response relationship <br />for this Title 22 `Hazardous Waste' Toxicity test (EPA -821-B-00-004), which was determined to <br />be acceptable for this testing. <br />Page 3 Pacific EcoRisk <br />7/13 <br />
