The following 4 items were those mentioned, <br />that required action. There was a 5 gallon bucket that was improperly labeled, this same bucket did not <br />have a lid, there was a second container which did not have a lid, and documentation indicating that <br />training was up to date was not available. <br />To correct the first two items a 5 gallon bucket with a lid was put in place in soldermask and a correct <br />label was attached. To correct the third item the operators of the H.A.L. have been asked to place the <br />solder dross in the hazardous waste container immediately after skimming the solder. To correct the final <br />item documentation will be placed on file indicating that work experience has been sufficient to keep the <br />employees up to date.
