Violett <br />This letter is a follow up to your visit in February 1992. The following 3 items were those mentioned, <br />that required action. There was a drum that was improperly labeled, this same drum did not have a lid <br />that was securely attached, and copies were not being kept of our Land Ban Notification forms. <br />To correct the first two problems a drum with a secure lid was put in place and a correct label was <br />attached.
