However, <br />DTSC's Hazardous Waste Tracking System indicates that your company generated in <br />excess of the threshold quantity of applicable hazardous waste in 1998, and/or <br />generated wastestreams that did not qualify for exemption under SB -14. <br />Please re-evaluate your determination and provide DTSC, within 60 days of the receipt <br />of this letter, either of the following: <br />A Summary Progress Report as required by California Health and Safety <br />Code, (Health & Safety Code) Section 25244.19(b)(10); or <br />2.
