The first item was the
"Outer Layer Etcher" and the copper material that had leaked onto the floor. The equipment and floor
were cleaned and chemical absorbent "Pigs" have been placed around the equipment. This will minimize
the potential release of material onto the floor.
The second open item was a bucket of paint thinner in the screening department that was not
properly labeled and did not have a lid in place. I have issued a memo to the supervisor of the department
instructing him to have the operator place the material in the drum that is in the area for waste solvent.
This will eliminate the additional container and therefore the problem.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at (209) 948-0944
Respectfully,
James Neal
cc: File Copy
