It is <br /> supplied to you for informational purposes only and may not be relied upon for protection of <br /> your employees. The Subcontractor is responsible for providing, at its cost, all personal <br /> protective clothing and equipment required for its employees to perform their work in a safe <br /> manner and in compliance with all applicable state and federal OSHA regulations. <br /> Subcontractor is responsible for ensuring that such equipment is in good condition and is <br /> properly inspected and maintained. Subcontractor must, at a minimum, use the equipment and <br /> follow the procedures described in this HSP. Failure to do so may result in immediate <br /> termination of Subcontractor's services.
