The waste sample was taken on July 17, 2006 <br /> by Levine Fricke and submitted to Alpha Analytical, Inc on July 18, 2006. <br /> A copy of the Analytical Report dated July 18, 2006 from Alpha Analytical was faxed to <br /> Lori Luces on July 21. A copy of the Analytical Report was also faxed to Filter <br /> Recycling for completion of a waste profile. The drum of waste was labeled with a non- <br /> hazardous waste label and is pending removal by Filter Recycling, Inc.
