(c) The generator identifies the point of departure from the U.S. under Special Handling Instructions and Additional Information? (d) For RCRA HW, the phrase "and conforms to the terms of the attached EPA Ack-�owledgment of Consent" is added to the end of the first sentence in the generator's certification statement? (e) The primary exporter uses the manifest provided by the Department? _ (f) The primary exporter requires that the consignee confirm delivery of HW in the foreign comtry and describe any significant discrepancies (e.g. , manifest signed by foreign consignee and returned to generator)? (g)- In lieu of 66262.20(d) , if the shipment could not be delivered to the consignees, did the primary exporter: (1) Renotify the EPA (if RCRA HW) and the Department of a change to the original notification to allow shipment to a new consignee per 66266.53(c)? or: (2) Instruct the transporter to return the shipment to the U.S.? and: (3) Instruct the transporter to revise the manifest accordingly? (h) For RCRA HW, a copy of the EPA Azk-iowledgment of Consent ac companies the shipment, and is attached to the manifest or shipping paper? (i) The primary exporter provides an extra manifest copy for the transporter to give to U.S. Customs? Does the generator submit to the Department a copy of the manifest signed by all transporters, except intermediate rail, transporters, and the consignee within 30 days of shipment?
