Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately, empty the containers and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed within 30 days of receiving this report. 907, 908. Facility has several aerosol cans in a 55 gallon drum with other material and also some stored in a metal container. Immediately, store aerosol cans in a accumulation container labeled and disposed properly. Submit proof of corrective action to the EHD within 30 days of receiving this report. Notes Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, to the EHD within 30 days of receiving this report.
