All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following <br /> information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. Since <br /> these containers have been on site longer than 90 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to <br /> dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> One 55-gallon container of oil and gasoline filters located in the garbage enclosure had an accumulation start date of <br /> 9-21-2015. This facility generated nineteen 55-gallon containers of crushed filters in 2015 which is estimated to be> 1 <br /> ton of filters per year. Facilities that generate up to one ton of used oil filters per year may store the filters up to one <br /> year. Facilities that generate one ton or more of used oil filters may store the filters for up to 180 days. Immediately <br /> recycle these filters under a bill of lading and submit a copy of the bill of lading to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 5-28-16. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
