<br /> 1) Tu:Permit to Operate will become void I I-nnual Permit Fees and Service Fees arc not paid an(/or the UST system(s)fails to remain in compliance with diwi,permit Conditions.
<br /> 2) In nNer to maintain lite operating permit,the owner and operator shall comply with the I ISS Code,ON.20,Chap.6.7 and 6.75;and CCR,Title 25,Chap.16 and 16,as wcil as any comiitions
<br /> established by San Joaquin County.
<br /> 3) 1 rthc Tank Operator(%)is different from the Tank Owner,or if the Permit to Operate is issucJ to a person other thou lite owner or operator of Lite tank,the Pcmitime shall ensure that both
<br /> the Tank Owner and lank Operator receive a copy of the permit.
