Please make the <br />following corrections and send the documents to my office: <br />1. The Certification of Financial Responsibility needs corrections. See the enclosed, <br />highlighted copy. Fill out the copy which is not highlighted and return to me. Petroleum <br />marketers are required to check the $1 million per occurrence box instead of the $500,000 box. <br />Enter the name of the tank owner in section B. Have a witness sign, date and print their name <br />in section E. <br />2. Send me a copy of the "Hazardous Waste Emergency Information" sheet filled out. Use the <br />enclosed form. Post this sheet at the facility telephones for use by employees in case of a <br />hazardous waste spill. <br />3. Please send me a written statement explaining how you will label the hazardous waste <br />drums at your site.
