March Lane Chevron <br />Dear Bob, <br />This is for the Hazardous Waste inspection on 4-2-15. For violation # 109 and #1121 need a copy of all manifest for the <br />disposal of hazardous waste for three years from the date of the inspection. If you cannot find three years of manifest <br />then write me a statement saying from now on you will keep three years of manifest for the facility and have available <br />for review by the EHD. For violation #6011 need a legible copy of the manifest for the disposal of the two 55 gallon <br />drums of hazardous waste, I already received a copy of the manifest and would like a statement. Also I noticed that the <br />waste was labeled as hazardous waste liquid (oil, sludge) did this come from the UST system or the car wash sludge. For <br />violation # 6051 need a statement and possibly pictures of the hazardous waste drums labeled. If you have any <br />questions please contact me.
