A sand sample was taken by Mr. Jeff Wong on 1/28/15 to make a hazardous waste determination. <br />It was determined to be non -hazardous; attached are the analytical findings. b.) Both the <br />brownish/yellowish liquid in the secondary containment area and the brownish liquid in the waste oil <br />tank were removed by Crystal Blue Environmental on 2/02/15. See attached manifest. <br />c.) A steelshot sample was taken by Mr. Jeff Wong on 2/09/15 to make a hazardous waste <br />determination. It was determined to be non -hazardous; attached are the analytical findings. d.) A <br />sample of the metal fines on the floor under the sanding lathe (grinder) will be sent to GeoAnalytical <br />Laboratories to make a hazardous waste determination. The metal fines will be managed according to <br />Title 22 waste regulations based on the analytical results. <br />303: CCR 66262.34(d)(2) <br />Spill Control was addressed by purchasing 8 - 55 gallon containers containing absorbent material with <br />corresponding "used" material containers; all are appropriately marked to provide a readily available <br />"spill kit." See attached receipts and photos. The "used" material will be disposed of as oil absorbent <br />material through Sacramento Waste Oil. <br />406: CCR 66262.34(f) <br />All empty containers have been properly marked. See attached photos. <br />605: CCR 66262.34(F) <br />The appropriate tags were purchased and all waste containers have been properly labeled. See <br />attached receipts and photos. <br />608: CCR 66266.130 <br />Three bills of lading pertaining to the recycling of used oil filters for the last three years were located. <br />Our small "trucking fleet' consists of only 4 trucks; therefore we produce relatively few used oil filters. <br />See attached copies of bills of lading. <br />715: CCR 66273.39 <br />Our batteries are recycled through NorCal Battery, Stkn. eWaste and used welding equipment by <br />Evergreen Recycling Center in Lodi. Fluorescent lights through Batteries + Bulbs, Stkn. Attached are a <br />limited number of receipts.
