(209)941-8361 <br /> Going The Distance <br /> June 18, 2018 <br /> San Joaquin County EHD <br /> Attn.: Inspector: Elianna Florido <br /> Re: Response from Inspection 5/23/18 <br /> Dear Mrs. Florido <br /> Item 102- Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste <br /> • All the products that were in the adjacent shop buildings,the exterior truck wash and the <br /> various totes around the exterior truck wash are the property of the current owner. <br /> • Foodliner is the tenant at this facility and not responsible for products left on the premises by <br /> the current owner. <br /> • Foodliner has hired an outside contractor that uses the water at the exterior truck wash for the <br /> service that he provides, washing the outside of the trucks. He does not use any of the <br /> chemicals that are in the exterior wash, left by the current owner.They wash the trucks and <br /> allow the water to evaporate. <br /> Item 104- No Modified Contingency Plan <br /> • The plan was kept in the office.The Contingency plan has now been posted outside the shop by <br /> the Forman's office and on the bulletin board in the office.The employees have been made <br /> aware of where the printed plans are located. <br /> Item 114-Consolidated manifest receipts failed to contain complete information. <br /> • The waste hauler was contacted and provided the signed copy of the manifest which was given <br /> to the inspectors at the time of inspection and added to our manifest logs. <br /> Item 301-Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> • These items are included in the adjacent shop and are the responsibility of the current owner, <br /> not Foodliner. <br /> ECEME,D <br /> JUN 2 12018 <br /> 2467 E.
