The gallon of used oil was <br /> placed in our waste oil tank, container in our contaminated waste drum. The partial gallons of coolant <br /> containers placed at parking spot#'s 24,25,30, and 31 were placed in our waste coolant drum.The two <br /> non-empty containers of oil were placed in our contaminated waste drum.The open 5 gallon container <br /> of oil was placed in our waste oil tank, container placed in our contaminated waste drum. All waste <br /> found was hazardous, and disposed as such. <br /> Item# 103: CCR 66262.34(d)(2) No modified contingency plan—A form for the contingency plan was <br /> provided by Aris to our Operations Manager Jeet Gill which was then completed with required <br /> information and placed next to our phone.Attached is the form. <br /> Item# 113: HSC 25160.2(b)(4) Consolidated manifest receipts failed to contain complete information— <br /> Our prior EPA ID#CAC002790869 was temporary,which was used on the manifests last year. Due to <br /> our oil changes on our trucks, we have now a permanent EPA ID#CAL000416118 to ensure all future <br /> manifests will have proper information. We have taken measures to limit the amount of oil changes <br /> done at our terminal to minimize the hazardous waste generated. We will be sending most of our fleet <br /> to oil change facilties. <br /> Item#114: CCR 66266.81(a)(4)(b) Failed to retain copy of manifest or bill of lading for spent lead acid <br /> batteries for 3 years—Operations Manager Jeet Gill spoke with inspector Aris to provide copies of core <br /> exchange of batteries of the last 3 years. We have attached copies of the receipts. <br /> Item# 117: HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data electronically—We have created an account, <br /> username is NSSH428.We have also submitted the online forms with our information, CERS ID# <br /> 10689304. <br /> Item#301: CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste— <br /> The oil products spilled north of the red K-Line storage container were shoveled into our contaminated <br />
