Universal waste alkaline batteries stored on site for longer than one year of start accumulation date. <br /> One 5 gallon black bucket of batteries stored in the grey outdoor UW storage trailer has a start <br /> accumulation date of 11/30/2010. Universal waste handler shall not accumulate universal waste longer <br /> than one year of the date it was generated. Immediately have the bucket of batteries be properly <br /> disposed at or transported to an authorized hazardous waste disposal facility and provided SJC EHD a <br /> disposal receipt. <br /> 703. Modified contingency plan/ Emergency Response Action plan is incomplete. Facility's own plan <br /> lacks description of location of spill control equipment. The plan shall list all emergency equipment (fire <br /> extinguishers, spill control equipment, communication, alarm system, decontamination equipment) and <br /> where this equipment is located. Plan must include location and physical description of each item on list <br /> and brief outline of its capabilities.
