YES NO At what time? <br /> Additional Notes: Refer fuel leak at door 85 on freezer cement apron. <br /> Mike Armstrong was checking refers at round 7:20 am and he noticed a large amount of fluid on the <br /> ground (trailer pad) near door 85. He inspected the area and discovered it to be diesel fuel. Mike went <br /> into the Freezer office and notified Kevin Selby. Kevin contacted Doug DuBoce in the Shop for spill <br /> containment supplies. Doug and I assessed the situation prior to making the necessary phone calls. <br /> Diesel did not leave cement and puddled in low spot. Approximately 2 gallons was spilled. A <br /> refrigeration van for frozen groceries had a fuel line leaking slowly and was sent for repairs at the <br /> truck shop. Spill contained with absorbents and properly stored in an accumulation drum for pickup. <br /> In the meantime Doug and Bunrith So began the cleanup and containment process.
